If you would like a more detailed assessment of your editorial requirements, you can submit a sample of your writing in advance: the first chapter of your book and a synopsis. (A short statement of intent is also helpful, explaining, for example, whether you intend to submit to a literary agent, or if you’re going to self-publish.) I will evaluate and feed back in a brief report (about a page long), making targeted suggestions on the best service for you and explaining my reasons. I charge £29.00 for this preliminary evaluation, just to cover my time, but if you purchase any of our editorial services then this sum will be deducted from your fee. Your work will be treated entirely confidentially, and, again, there is no obligation.
